Whether you’ve been climbing for 5 years or 5 minutes injury prevention and safe practices while bouldering are paramount.
Injury Prevention workshops are run once a month on a Tuesday night at 9 Degrees Lane Cove.
Enjoy a free (with entry) 30 minute session with Bron, a regular climber and trained physiotherapist with specialist knowledge in wrists and hands.
The workshops are split into two 15 minute blocks: lesson 1 will cover how to fall and land safely (in conjunction with the information provided in our Safe Landing Video) and lesson 2 will focus on climbing specific injury prevention for all levels of experience and fitness.
For those attending workshops please do your best to arrive with enough time to check in at the front desk and pop your name on the workshop list.
